Shipping policy
All our products are handmade and we start making them after your order is final. Once you placed your order, it will be processed and shipped within 5-7 working days by us. It can take a day extra during the holiday period. We ship worldwide. Shipping price will be calculated at checkout. You can choose between standard shipping or ensured shipping with a tracking number.
Delivery time:
- Germany and EU: 5-7 working days
- Everywhere else: 5-14 working days
We ship standard with DHL for all international destinations outside the European Union. Please be aware that shipping price does not include duty or custom charges that may be incurred on shipment to countries outside the European Union. Customer is responsible for these expenses.
Rules of Raine will not be responsible for delays caused by the shipping company.
