 MADE TO ORDER

As we are a small label and we craft our pieces all by hand after we receive your order, we kindly ask for patience. It takes 5-7 days to create and ship your jewelry piece - thank you for understanding! 

RETURN

If you’re not happy with the piece you received and you want to return it, please contact us at louisa_esch@gmx.net. After that please return the item within one week to our shipping address – as long as it’s unworn and unused. Once we receive it, we’ll either issue a refund or exchange it for another piece, whichever you prefer.

As a small label, we kindly ask you to cover the return shipping costs. Thank you for your understanding!
