MADE TO ORDER

As we are a small label and we craft our pieces all by hand, after we receive your order, we kindly ask for patience but as we all know good things take time. It will take 5-7 days to create and ship your jewelry piece - thank you for understanding. For non European countries shipping can take up to 10 days.

RETURN

If you’re not happy with the piece you received and you want to return it, please contact us at louisa_esch@gmx.net. We will get back to you asap. After that, please return the item within one week to our provided address, as long as it’s unworn and unused. Once we receive it, we'll either issue a refund or exchange it for a different piece depending on what we agreed on together. 

As a small independent label, we unfortunately do not cover the costs of return shipping at this time. We kindly ask for your understanding!
